All Star Mondays: Kettle Bell Ab-Blaster

I’m here with my trainer, Brian Blue, of All Star Sports Academy in New Jersey and today we are learning how to do the get up challenge with the kettle bell. We are going to do a couple progressions to lead up to that. It’s pretty advanced but if you want to see results, you have to push yourself with challenging workouts!
